We are all proud of Kelly Jeffries being awarded the 2021 SCNZ Young Achiever of the Year and is being congratulated by Mike Sullivan and Wayne Carson of D&H Steel Construction. The Award celebrates excellence amongst outstanding employees in the structural steel industry whose skills, drive, and willingness to learn and work hard, have helped them to achieve exceptional outcomes.
Kelly joined D&H Steel fresh from school in 2011. Starting as a frontline administrator, she has developed into the go-to person in the D&H production office. She is organised and applies her highly analytical mind to solving problems. D&H says it is Kelly’s attitude, commitment, and desire to learn and develop that has got her to where she is today. The judge noted that Kelly is a real go-getter. She is continually on a mission of self-improvement and has gained a broad skill set as a result
